This hand-painted skirt was created from a recycled t-shirt. It's comfy and casual and is designed to move effortlessly through the change of seasons. This skirt fits U.S. sizes 6-8 quite comfortably and is designed to ride on the high hip. Flat measurements for this skirt are: Waist / High hip - 17.50". Hip- 19". Length - 22.50"
