This skirt was sewn from a recycled tee shirt and hand painted as shown. Measurements for this skirt are: Waist / High Hip: 30" Hip: 34" Overall Length: 21" The drawstring ruching allows this skirt to be worn in a variety of ways - from the most daring to a more modest cut at the waist and knee.
