This skirt was created from 2 recycled tee shirts and can be worn 3 ways: As a drop waist style that falls to about the knee As a strapless tunic As a classic roll top mini It measures 32 inches at the waist, 40" at the hip, and has an overall length of 25". This skirt fits sizes 8-10.
